Vegetarian Soup

  

         Vegetarian Soup is one of my favorite dishes in Saudi Arabia. Vegetables like carrot, zucchini, and potatoes are mixed with chicken and then boiled with a few spices. Usually people cook it in the winter since it is a good time to be warm with a hot soup. I like it because it is a healthy dish and easy to prepare.

Food Items in my Refrigerator

         

            In my refrigerator there is lots of stuff. I have a carton of eggs, a small bottle of mayonnaise, a jar of olive, and a few slices of cheese. There are also a few vegetables such as a kilo of tomatoes, a few green peppers, a pound of potatoes and onions. In addition, there is fruite like orange, apple, banana, pineapple, strawberry, and grape. I always have a carton of milk, a liter of lemon juice, and a loaf of bread. On the other hand, there is a pound of chicken and burger. Finally, there are my stuff in my refrigerator and fridge, and they are important to have them at my home.

Lemon Juice

            I'd like to write about one thing of the belief in my culture. It's Lemon juice by homemade. It helps people when they are sick especially for fever. For example, when they got a headache, they make Lemon juice to help them to be fine. It actually helps so much. It also helps when people feel like they don't like to eat anything even though they want to eat so they can make Lemon juice to help them to avoid that feeling. my opinion i believe that because I had that feeling which was I wanted to eat but I couldn't so I made Lemon juice and when I drunk it, I felt better.

My Childhood Memories

When I was a kid, I always used to go to my grandpa’s house after go out of school on the last day of school, which was Wednesday. Because my family’s uncle lives with my grandpa in the same house, I went there to stay and enjoy my time with my cousin's girls. My cousin's girls and I were always together. We used to do a lot role plays such as school, family, and play outside of house but we always used to do this with ours eyes closed. For example, one of us would close her eyes and the other girls  would go away to hide from that girl who closes her eyes. Once that girl closed her eyes, she started to count from 1 to 10. When she finished counting, she started to find the other three girls. She had to find one of us at least so that she could stop finding the other girls. If she found one of us, the girl who found she would do the same as that girl did. In those days, there were a lot of games that kids used to play and enjoy. Today, the kids don’t like to play those games that I mentioned in my paragraph. Nowadays, they like to play modern games like playstation 3, iPod, iPad. Finally, I hope to go back in past life to be kid and enjoy playing those games and do whatever I haven’t done before when I was a kid.

My Visit to Wonderful Place in Lebanon.

Hi Everybody,

                Last three years, I traveled to Lebanon with my uncle and my cousins. I went to Jeita Grotto. We must take the telperge to arrive it. Infortunately, I wasn’t scary of the telperage. Amazingly, I was really surprised of the place. To me it was a natural splendor and a fascinating sight. The lower cave, actually had water in it. So, we went in a small boat around it on the icy cold water. The upper cave didn’t contain any water, but it had a small path going around the whole cave. Jeita Grotto is still attemping to become one of the 7 wonders of the world. Unfortunately, we couldn’t take pictures of the place. Also, we saw many kind of animals in cages. It was an amazing wonder. In the end, I wish to visit Lebanon again.
